The section titled "FINSTA PRIVACY NOTICE" at the end of this policy describes how information is handled specifically within the Finsta app. Where that section and the general policy differ, the Finsta section controls for information collected through the Finsta app.
WHO WE ARE
Solutionize Tech LLC is a technology company that builds and operates software products. Finsta is a product owned and operated by Solutionize Tech LLC. When you interact with Finsta, Solutionize Tech LLC is the entity responsible for your information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from the products you use.
Information you provide directly, such as when you sign up on our website, contact us, or subscribe to updates: your name, email address, and (if you choose to give it) your mobile phone number, along with any message you send us.
Information collected automatically when you visit our website: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information from our products: if you use the Finsta app, we collect the information described in the FINSTA PRIVACY NOTICE below.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:

EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you opt in, we send marketing and promotional communications from Solutionize Tech LLC and its products, including Finsta, by email and, where you have provided your mobile number and agreed, by text message.
Email:
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Transactional or account-related emails (such as security or service notices) are not marketing and may still be sent.
SMS / Text messages:
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will only be shared with service providers that help us deliver our own messages (see Section 5), and only as needed to send those messages.
How we obtain consent. We collect email and text-messaging consent through our website sign-up form(s) and through sign-up in the Finsta app and on finsta.app. We only send marketing messages to people who have provided that consent.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
Service providers:
We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as email and SMS delivery, authentication, analytics, hosting, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. For example, we use Klaviyo to send email and text-message communications on our behalf.
Legal and safety:
We may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Business transfers If Solutionize Tech LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.
DATA RETENTION:
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY:
Our website and products, including Finsta, are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
INTERNATIONAL USERS:
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using our website or products, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of our website or products after an update means you accept the revised policy.

FINSTA PRIVACY NOTICE
This section describes how Solutionize Tech LLC handles information within the Finsta app and on finsta.app. Finsta is owned and operated by Solutionize Tech LLC, and the general Privacy Policy above also applies to Finsta except where this section provides more specific detail.
What Finsta is:
Finsta is a creator-monetization platform that lets creators earn from paid messages, calls, and content, and lets fans connect with and pay creators.

Information Finsta collects:

Account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, username, email address, and phone number;

Profile information, such as your profile and background photos, bio, and the rates you set;

Linked social media accounts, if you choose to connect them;

Payment and payout information needed to process transactions and pay creators, handled through our third-party payment processor;

Content and communications you create or exchange on the platform, such as messages, calls, and posts;

Device and usage information, such as device type, app activity, and log data.
How Finsta uses this information:

To create and operate your account and profile;

To enable paid messages, calls, content, and subscriptions between creators and fans;

To process payments to creators and charges to fans;

To personalize and improve the Finsta experience;

Payments:
Payments and payouts are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your full payment card details are handled by that processor and are not stored by Solutionize Tech LLC.
Public profile and content:
Information you choose to make part of your public creator profile (such as your username, photo, bio, and rates) may be visible to other users. Please only share what you are comfortable making visible.
Sharing:
Finsta shares information with service providers as described in Section 5 above (for example, payment processing, authentication, hosting, and email/SMS delivery). Finsta does not sell your personal information, and does not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and deletion:
You can request deletion of your Finsta account and associated personal information from within the app or by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Age requirement: Finsta is only for users who are 18 or older.
